Zevas Communications, a well-established telemarketing and support firm based in Cork, Ireland, has recently been acquired by ResultsCX, a multinational customer experience provider. Founded in 2001, Zevas Communications has built a strong presence in Munster, with over 160 employees located in Cork, Waterford, and Dublin. The company offers outsourced and insourced customer contact solutions to businesses in various industries, including financial services, telecommunications, digital media, and utilities.
Last year, Zevas Communications announced the creation of 50 new jobs in Mitchelstown, following the success of its Dungarvan hub, which opened in 2020. With its headquarters on Monahan Road in Cork City, the company has expanded significantly over the past two decades, now operating in 20 languages across European, Asia-Pacific, and North American markets.
Under the terms of the undisclosed deal, Zevas Communications and ResultsCX will merge under the ResultsCX brand in a phased process over the coming months. John O’Sullivan, the Chief Operations Officer at Zevas, expressed excitement about joining the US organization and believed that the company’s operations would benefit from access to ResultsCX’s advanced platform, processes, and technology.
Zevas Communications, led by John O’Sullivan and Chief Executive Con Lehane, reported net assets of over €2.67 million in 2022. Its new parent company, ResultsCX, is a customer experience management firm headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and serves several global companies, including Fortune 100 and 500 firms. With over 23,000 employees worldwide, ResultsCX is backed by ChrysCapital, a $5 billion private equity firm based in India. Apart from its Florida headquarters, ResultsCX also operates offices in the UK, Bulgaria, India, Mexico, Honduras, and the Philippines.
Rajesh Subramaniam, the Chief Executive and Managing Director of ResultsCX, sees the acquisition of Zevas as a strategic move to establish a strong presence in Europe, leveraging Ireland’s reputation as a technology hub. Siddharth Parashar, Managing Director of ResultsCX Europe, stated that incorporating Zevas would allow them to create a powerhouse Center of Excellence in B2B sales, optimizing costs for clients, enhancing capabilities, and attracting more prospects.
This acquisition marks an important milestone for Zevas Communications as it joins forces with ResultsCX to expand its reach and capabilities. With the backing of a global customer experience provider, Zevas is poised for growth and success in the evolving market of outsourced customer contact solutions.
