Nikki, also known as @nikkiplantsthings on TikTok, has revealed a simple technique to speed up the process of potting plants.
In her video, Nikki begins by filling the bottom of a large planter with soil. She then removes the pots from the plants she has purchased and places them on top of the soil. After adding more soil to cover the top of the pots, she waters the soil and carefully removes the pots from the planter. This leaves indentations in the soil that are perfectly sized for the plants. Nikki then simply slots the plants into the indents, and the job is done.
Nikki describes the hack as “simple, quick, and easy,” and it’s easy to see why. The video has gone viral, with over 2.4 million views and hundreds of comments from impressed social media users. Many have praised the hack for its simplicity and efficiency, with one user exclaiming, “Now, that’s clever!” Another user wrote, “That is the best thing I have ever seen in my 52 years!!
