Met Eireann has forecasted a few days of mild weather as temperatures rise and fall before a change is set to hit. The next few days will be generally dry with sunny spells and light rain before sub-zero temperatures hit this weekend. Here’s what to expect from the Dublin weather in the upcoming days.
Today will be breezy and dry at first with a mix of cloud and sunny spells. The afternoon will see a few light showers, with temperatures around 8 or 9 degrees. Tonight will be cloudy with some patchy drizzle and the lowest temperatures of 5 to 7 degrees. There will be mist and hill fog overnight, so take extra precaution if you are heading out late at night.
Tomorrow will start off cloudy but gradually brighten up as the morning progresses, turning into an overall mostly dry day with sunny intervals likely in places by late morning/early afternoon. Temperatures will reach highs of 9 or 10 degrees Celsius throughout the day. Rainfall is expected in places overnight as temperatures drop back down to around four degrees Celsius, making it feel much colder than usual for this time of year in Dublin.
As we head into the weekend Met Eireann forecasts colder days with a north-westerly wind.
