Today’s weather will begin with a good amount of sunshine and will remain that way, with top temperatures reaching 9C. However, tonight, the temperature is predicted to drop to as low as -1C with a slight chance of showers.
Met Eireann says it will remain dry, and there will be a good deal of sunshine throughout the day, with the highest temperatures ranging from 7 to 9 degrees, with light to moderate easterly or southeasterly breezes.
The night is also expected to remain generally dry, with temperatures falling between -1 and +3 degrees, causing some patches of frost inland. The winds will be very light and variable.
On Tuesday, the day will begin cloudy, but many areas are expected to remain dry, with isolated showers anticipated later in the day. The temperatures will also fall to as low as 1C.
In summary, Munster is experiencing a stable climate with dry and sunny weather, but the temperatures will drop significantly overnight.
