The survey showed that almost 60% of respondents are considering changing jobs this year and many are optimistic about job opportunities despite economic uncertainty. Many respondents also shared their optimism about the future of the job market, with 67% saying they felt hopeful about finding more suitable opportunities this year. When asked what was driving this sense of hope, 38% said learning new skills would help them find better employment while 31% said networking more actively had encouraged feelings of optimism.
