How To Interpret Body Mass Index Results
BMI results can be interpreted in a number of ways. The most common way to interpret BMI results is by using the BMI categories.
Underweight: If your BMI is less than 18.50, you are considered underweight. This means that you may be at risk for health problems associated with being underweight.
Healthy weight: If your BMI is between 18.50 and 24.99, you are considered a healthy weight. This means that you are not at risk for any health problems associated with being overweight or obese.

The Body Mass Index (BMI) is a measure of weight based on height and age. It tells you if your bodyweight could be healthy or not by comparing it with an ideal average for adults living in their respective countries/irming areas as determined through statistical data collection methods like interviewing knowledgeable people who know both sides well enough to make this judgement without bias; these individuals will usually belong either specifically ethnic group(s), social class, etc., but may also include others such general health experts like doctors working at hospitals.
